About Eliana Bilingual Nursery
At Eliana, we have created an enabling environment where children feel valued, allowing them to acquire the essential skills needed to grow, develop, and blossom into confident well-rounded beings.
We believe that language is a gateway when it comes to learning and that by offering children the opportunity to organically learn both English and French, they can build a strong foundation for all aspects of their education.
Our Mission, Vision, and Values
Here at Eliana, our Company Values are at the heart of everything we do. After all, you wouldn’t want to work somewhere that had different values and beliefs than you, would you?
We believe in child-led learning, encouraging children to build their confidence and independence by providing quality resources for them to use as they learn and play.
We also recognise that providing children with the opportunity to learn bilingually opens up their future prospects, giving them freedom in their education and helping their brains to develop during their early years.
We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development through long term qualification routes, short courses, or in-house training.
Our team is chosen for their qualifications, caring nature, and passion for childcare and education. We aim to provide a balance of staff - employing all ages, experiences, cultural backgrounds, abilities, and genders in order to create an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity.
